So, it's saturday and I'm back with a new blog entry!
As discussed in one of my earlier blog posts, it's not all about protein as your post workout choice!
If you want to gain same mass you need, carbs, fats and protein to make sure to get your body in the best state for recovery.
So here's what you need:
10 oz of skim milk
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 large banana
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1-2 scoops of your favourite protein powder
Put it all together in a blender and mix it for a few seconds.
What you get is a pretty good tasting recovery shake without spending much money on expensive products!
