Almost bed time here 11pm Syd time(Australia).

You roll over to see the time of 520am - 20 mins off schedule, the last thing the eyes want to see is bad news first thing nether the less, its time to get off my backside and into the bathroom to freshen up and head for the closet followed by the kitchen, to whip up my San Fierce pre workout formula, and my no added sugar juice concentration which i diulte in a 2lr bottel for my workout for taste.

A good 40 mins in the gym and another shoulder and leg session concludes with a good max lift of 340kgs on the leg press for the morning.

Work - the usual though elite boot camp class was at lunch - that real pushed my cardio limits with various tabatta training, core, speed and agility circuits and static movements, not to mention min rest the whole intense 45 mins that it lasted.

A half kilo of seafood pasta fixed up the post workout meal following by an evening snack of 200g tuna with 4 wholemeal crackers to top off dinner with cocktail prawns cooked in flaxseed oil then sprinkled with garlic and black pepper with 3 1/4 of the plate plowed with garden vegetables.

I have hunger pains now, what to eat mmmmmm. The almonds again as I had with the dinner - good fats burn the bad rule to remember.

Great day, bring on Friday, the last working day of the week. High carb morning, veg/salad carb after 12 with high protein throughout.
