I'm going away for two weeks which means no gym or anything. I was thinking of taking protein with me (gonna be travelling within the EU). Should i take it with me or should i just resume the shakes…

Yes, of course! I do alot of tubing work even in my usual workouts, because it puts the muscle under different stress and that's so cool about the tubing. You will definetaly benefit from working out with a tubing. Jens
