i take calcium pyruvate to help burn fat and curb appetite it helps and i try not to eat after 5pm unless it protien shake that is low fat like the all the way protien if i can help in anyway let me know
i feel that way all the time i just eat smart and workout 5 days a week whether i feel like it or not i do something. i eat alot of lean protien take the shakes and bars just keep low carbs and especialy sugars food is mainly meat and veggies with lots of water. i pray alot too . its taken almost 2 years to get here so eat rite work hard and persevere it will happen.
