i take calcium pyruvate to help burn fat and curb appetite it helps and i try not to eat after 5pm unless it protien shake that is low fat like the all the way protien if i can help in anyway let me know

i feel that way all the time i just eat smart and workout 5 days a week whether i feel like it or not i do something. i eat alot of lean protien take the shakes and bars just keep low carbs and especialy sugars food is mainly meat and veggies with lots of water. i pray alot too . its taken almost 2 years to get here so eat rite work hard and persevere it will happen.

I'm happy to hear you like the site Rick. The trainers (and I'm sure many of the other members) are here for you, to answer questions and for moral support. We're also anxious to view your progression in real-time, all the way up to your first masters competitions and beyond :)
