What are your favourite Plyometric exercises?

I personally love box squats, Single leg side and front squats, Side Leaps, Frog Jumps. Any other suggestions?

Next stage of Jaw Reconstruction

Some of you may be aware today I had another operation in the process of
reconstructing my Jaw in relation to getting a tumour in Jan 2005, only months
before my wedding. A good 5 yrs await the full reconstruction though till then,
there is no quitting and just more drive to be something I always wanted to be

Another day comes to an end….

Almost bed time here 11pm Syd time(Australia).

You roll over to see the time of 520am - 20 mins off schedule, the last thing the eyes want to see is bad news first thing nether the less, its time to get off my backside and into the bathroom to freshen up and head for the closet followed by the kitchen, to whip up my San Fierce pre workout formula, and my no added sugar juice concentration which i diulte in a 2lr bottel for my workout for taste.
