I do legs once a week. lunges, leg extensions, squats, hamstring curls and calf raises. I believe the secret is full range of motion - meaning squating all the way down to the floor and all the way up and forward to put maximum tension on the quads. i think its much aharder to get lean legs though it's then about diet and cardio - the cardio part i am very slack on for the past few months but I'm trying to do more now. I can't see your legs but your upper body all looks amazing and your diet must be right for you to have those abs. Hope this helps its a bit general may be - I really don;t mind answering questions - sometimes it takes me a while if i'm working.
