Hi there, I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I am from Australia, married and a mother of 1 beautiful little 6 year old girl. I used to be overweight, but in 12 months I lost 64lbs or 31 kilos. Now I am on the road to transformation. I am 5ft 0", 33 years old and weigh 113lbs.
I workout in the evenings due to owning a business and family life. By the time I get home after training it is  approximately 10pm and I have my PWO meal around 10.45pm.
Now I normally have 1 cup of liquid egg whites and 1/4 cup of rolled oats with a little cinnamon. Just wondering if this is ok to have?
If not, what would you suggest? Keep in mind it will be late in the evening when I will be consuming the meal.

thanks very much
Angie

I'm using a online coach, there are a lot of people that do it online and prices vary depending on what you want, some people will almost do it for free while others charge a bit... I've been working with Oscar Ramos from the US, I met him from bb.com, you can find him at http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/O_Ramos/ There are also a lot of other people on the site that offer similar things... Its kind of like this site but more widely used. Good luck!

Hey Angie. As Stephanie said, there are many people willing to coach you online for very little. When it comes to nutrition, you can personalize things only up until a certain point. People with similar goals most likely will eat in a similar way. My good friend Ernie De Minico (who's a member of this site) is an expert nutritionist... and has also had his own share of personal experiences with getting shredded. I don't want to quote him on this, but I think he would be willing to help you out for free. However, he does use the Isagenix products (as do I) to compliment the nutritional program(s) he assigns to his clients... and so there are obviously fees involved in purchasing those supplements. But hey, if all you have to do is start replacing the supplements you normally purchase with these, then budge-wise things will just about remain the same. The Isagenix system is truly incredible and unless I'm mistaken Ernie's wife Nadia Gentile lost over 100 pounds (45 kg) while on the products. Also, Ernie's a great guy with a huge heart. Still, I don't want to be too pushy... so I'll let you contact him if you're interested. He's one of NMM's trainers, and is generously volunteering his time to assist our valued members... so please don't hesitate to send him a private message :)
